Delivery coverage and charge
H&S Apparel delivers across Pakistan. Delivery is free when the items in your order total PKR 5,000 or more; below that, a flat PKR 250 delivery charge applies per order. Free delivery does not change the PKR 500 advance required for orders delivered outside Karachi.
Estimated delivery timelines
- Karachi: 1–2 business days after order confirmation
- Nationwide Pakistan: 3–5 business days after order confirmation
These estimates begin after order confirmation and, for orders outside Karachi, advance verification. They are subject to serviceability and courier operations and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Order verification
Every order requires confirmation by WhatsApp or telephone before dispatch. H&S Apparel records up to three contact attempts. An unconfirmed order is cancelled after the third failed attempt.
PKR 500 advance (outside Karachi only)
Orders delivered within Karachi require no advance: the full amount is paid to the rider on delivery. Orders delivered outside Karachi require a PKR 500 advance, paid by Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer, using the payment details sent privately by official H&S Apparel support from WhatsApp 0300-9227425. The advance is adjusted against the final order total. The remaining amount is collected on delivery. Courier booking proceeds after confirmation and advance verification.
Courier assignment and tracking
H&S Apparel may assign different courier providers by city and route. Tracking information is shared after dispatch when available. Contact info@hnsapparel.com.pk or WhatsApp 0300-9227425 for support.
